I am currently the host of "Be the change. On Air" which is a weekly radio show airing on Xpress Radio at 5pm GMT every Wednesday. I am also a broadcaster and reporter for Bro Radio which is the local community radio station for Barry, Llantwit Major, Penarth and the surrounding areas. I also co-host a Welsh politics talk show called "RJ, Mott, and Spare" which airs on Xpress Radio at 11am every Monday.

Be the change. On Air is a weekly live show airing on Xpress Radio Station in Cardiff, Wales. Each Wednesday, I feature young activists, advocates, and changemakers who are making a difference in Cardiff, around Wales, and across the UK.

Colcot Sports Centre faces uncertain future

The hockey pitch at Colcot Sports Centre closed almost four years ago at the start of the COVID pandemic. The pitch has not been renovated or open to the public since then.

“It could be a state-of-the-art facility, and that's what I'd like to see,” said Barry resident Michael Goode.

Miss Wales 2022 makes it to Miss World

The Miss World Pageant began on February 20 for Miss Wales 2022 Darcey Corria and 114 other pageant queens from around the world. For Corria, a Barry native, the road to compete at Miss World in Mumbai, India has not been an easy one.

New findings reveal that UK businesses lose around £3.27 billion per year due to menstrual-related absenteeism, totalling around 3 million workdays missed each year.

Figures reveal that 18% of full-time and 17% of part-time workers regularly miss work due to menstrual-related issues.

The State of Period Equity in the UK report produced by Essity and In Kind Direct calls for workplace reforms to better support menstruating workers.
